No shoes delivered scam?

I bought 4 sets of jordan sneakers on the internet 5 months before. I've sent the corporation and called them many times but to no avail. They took cash from lender and that I don't have any item to exhibit. All I'd like is my item even when it's a phony! I reside in sydney which is challenging to trust particular businesses within the internet and these men are definately one.
