I requested a set of UGGS boots about the 13th of Nov. They charged my charge card about the 20th. I've not obtained the shoes however. I do want to understand do I've any legitimate option to UGGSshop-us. I've a confirmation number for my purshase, but can't retreive any info to document a formal complaint. The verification number is 3161303141150. I really could not monitor that on any delivery business. I'm really furious, I had been looking to get these shoes for my child.
