Expensive Administration:

I'm composing this notice for you to state like a client, how awfully I had been handled by your supervisor ROSEANNE, in the Howell Commons TJ Maxx shop in HOWELL, NJ 07731. I arrived in on THURSDAY evening (6/18/08), with my child Olivia to purchase several products I required for function. It had been overdue, the shop was overall for that evening, I had been in a hurry, and my child was irritable and exhausted. I essentially just got several items which were in my own budget and headed towards the entrance to check on-out. I instantly realized I didn’t wish to visit ROSEANNE, since she appeared annoyed like she didn’t desire to be there. She wasn’t grinning and altogether didn't take a look at all friendly and all her workers around her appeared exactly the same method. And so I proceeded towards the additional point using the youthful Oriental guy, but she named the following client so that as I contacted her I stated “Hello”, but she never replied.

Her conduct goes BEYOND being rude; she'd no respect for my child, for me personally like a mom, & most of like a client INSIDE YOUR shop. If these would be the kind of Supervisors you educate to become THE FACIAL SKIN of TJ MAXX then you definitely not have to be worried about me returning for your institution.

The Economy is poor, GASOLINE costs are large, I handed 16 discount shops on the road to TJMAXX, I didn’t need to spend my gasoline cash to come quickly to your shop, I really could have remained house and LOOKED ONLINE!
