Check for 28.59 denied

I am in Sears attempting to buy 3 tops for my boy as well as for $28.59 my check was refused, used to donot understand what the-hell was heading on. Later on I was informed upon calling the amount that I had been check for many SCAM attentive BuLLSHIT. This wasn't proficient at ALL and I also had over three-thousand bucks in my own consideration... AID what are the school measures fits againist this company.
