Complaint / review text:
It's currently 2/14/07. On 9/1/06 I ordered three camisoles totaling 161.70 with shipping. Our charge card was billed on 10/15/06 BEFORE these were sent-which by itself is poor training.
It's currently 4 weeks later and that I NEVERTHELESS haven't gotten them. Along with this organization won't return calls or emails.in late December I eventually got to keep in touch with a genuine live individual who stated that the calls weren't delivered since based on their documents, they'd been delivered out. Duh... Why then might I keep bothering them? I've not obtained them-and when they did deliver them out clearly there's an issue. I've not transferred, my handle hasn't transformed and that I haven't gotten them. I'm furious in the reality the the client support with this specific organization is horrible.
I've no time before had an issue with online ordering. Perhaps these were trustworthy businesses which isn't. Don't purchase out of this organization!!!
