Washer door will not open and repair has not arrived

Since Monday the 11th my baby clothes have been stuck in the machine. I have twice unplugged the washer and the door will not open. It has been two weeks that they have been saying they will drive to Orchard Mobile Park to fix the machine. Today is April 25. How is my baby supposed to wear the clothes when they are damaged and stinky! They need to pay for my baby's clothes!
