I have complained to them several times and faxed then emailed the bank statements they requested from me to refund the $417.28 they have over charged me for over a year now. I have had no response from them despite several emails and complaints. I want my money refunded back to me that they keep fraudulently taking out of my checking account for services that i have cancelled in january.
