On October 15 I sent Mr. Dean Fraley of Peoria, AZ $4,130 for a Chevy 350 TPI show quality engine. Mr. Fraley is listed on eBay and has a good rating. The engine was spromised on December 1st. So far... I have received nothing and he has quit answering my emails and phone calls.
