After a purchase of a brand new set of Michelin tires the dealership sanderson ford refused to honor the tire warranty. On a routine oil change they indicated the brake fluid was contaminated. It was verified by a speacialist that in fact the fluid was perfectly fine. With another vehicle they said the oil drqaion plug was defective and replaced it with a inferior oil drain plug, which the result was on the very next oil change they again said the drain plug was defective. I also purchased a extended warranty. During the summer the a/c unit would not cool the car. They said it was fine. After having it rechecked the compressor was found to be defective.
