From day one it was a disaster. The car was nice for about 1 month leather was dyed headlight was cracked fogging. Found spot where they used superglue and paint to cover it up exhaust had small crack uniticeable but got bigger and now they refuse to replace say the warranty doesn't cover it when I have platinum warranty (bumper to bumper) my fianc was accused of breaking the headlight toggle switch when it disintegrated in my hand and fell apart was humiliated byJohn on the show room floor in front of many customers then he proceeded to turn his back and disappear along with 3 others were all very rude. After several days of calling I finallyGot ahold of Gm (Dale) he offered to replace headlight new along with toggle switch. So I drive down they put it in and give me a bill of 340$ after arguing with John and another i think his name was Michael they told me that they will put a used one on for free and I have to pay for toggle switch. At this point I was so frustrated i paid the 40 and left.
After getting my car detailed by a professional we found the seats have been dyed and interior was previously trashed once again dealership would not do anything tried gettingAhold of Gm (Dale) but calls were intercepted by John after 3 weeks of calling I finally get ahold of him again agrees to compensate one seat drivers. Had to wait 10 days for shippingSupposedly then took 9hours to replace I tell themThere is an exhaust problem they tell me it's 500$ to replace a muffler? When I have bumper to bumper warranty and once again refuse to help and turn there backs. I love fords and strongly recommend anyone to not visit this deslership these people will swindle you
