Allaudioexpo.com No Tracking Number, Money taken and no product shipped, no return calls or email

I ordered a Blitz 10" Subwoofer that was in stock. Two days later the order tracking says that the item is on back order. Have tried to cancel the order by calling and emailing and no one returns my calls or emails. I am afriad that this is a rip off company that now has my credit card number and other personal information.
