Service department is horrible, dirty and the people there do not really care. They do not make calls regarding vehicle and have a customer relations mgr who calls who is never available to talk to. Very nice at time of sale - even though car delivered in a horrible manner. The aftersale - horrible!!!
Made one mistake and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. But a foreign car - Jeeps are junk... Too many cosmetic problems - no pleasure from car...
As for the personnel at the dealer - they are as worthless as spit and I just wish someone in life would treat them and they treat there customers.
If you live on Long Island - do not service your car or truck at East Hills Chrysler - Go to Westbury Jeep - there are friendlier and actually care about you and your vehicle
