Asked for information on Tassimo, the man didn’t know anything about them, then called for the person who looked after that department. A young girl who showed up named Karen also didn’t know, got a ladder, took a box and starting reading about it but when she was getting the ladder she kept sighing and then saying the word fuck. There was no need for this, all she had to say that she didn’t know anything about them. Very rude young lady. I just walked out, not sure I’ll shop there anymore.
