I purchased a travel trailer from on-the-road-again-rv off of ebay. The communication was excellent and they were very nice and helpful. They were quick to respond and very reassuring.
We had the trailer shipped to Arizona and received it three weeks later. There were a few minor problems with the trailer that hadn't been disclosed (all the hoses were missing, a broken valve, no battery or cover as pictured, no propane tanks or cover as pictured, a few broken brackets, etc..) but all in all we were happy with the purchase and everything else was as stated.
Throughout this whole time I had asked numerous times about the title. At first they said it would take ten days, then they said it would take longer because it was a reconstruct title. They assured me it had a title and that they would mail it as soon as they got it.
After 30 days they stopped all communication and have sent no title. I have no way to get ahold of them. The phone number goes straight to a full mailbox and can't get a response to any email. And now I see this is not the first time this has happened. At 45 days I filed a complaint with ebay, but this issue has not been resolved. I have since found out that this guy changes his dealer name, presumably to stay ahead of his negative feedback.
BUYER BEWARE! Julian Demirkol, "on-the-road-again-rv", "SUV Mart", "Sport Utility Mart", or what ever else he calls himself, in Knoxville, Tennessee is NOT an honest dealer. It's not worth taking the chance! I wish I had known this $10,000 sooner.
