We wanted to thank orion van lines and Erik especially for coming to our rescue. We had planned our move with another moving company that bailed out on us at the last minute; we were in a bad spot sitting with a packed house on Dec 23 at 6:00pm and our heat and electric was about to be turned off.
We called franticly to find a mover that could move us last minute, finally we got someone that was still working before the big holiday weekend Erik listened to our situation and went on a mission to find us a mover.
Erik said he needed a little time to check with dispatch to see if they could reroute a truck and crew, about an hour later we got a call back from Erik saying that one of their crews that had left for the holidays was going to come pick us up at 9:00am on Christmas eve. You can imagine my delight that they would go to such lengths to save our holiday. I can say this to anyone that is looking for a good mover that cares about its clients that orion van lines is just that.
