Submitted request for 3rd row seat for volvo wagon thru junk yard search engine. GotEmail from mike reiman saying he had the part and it would be $250 shipped. I called up to check it was what I needed and gave them credit card number.
They took $275 off card not not $250 as was authorised and the pament was made to paypal -which i did not say they could use... (ver naughty) and 3weeks later I still i have no car seat. I have had 3 different reasons from 3 different people.
Guy in shipping told me it was never shipped
Mike Reiman told me it had been shipped and that he would call me back in an hour (he never did)- 2nd time i called he said he would get the shipping number and call me back (he never did)
3rd guy I spoke to today - told me it was never shipped because it was damaged - then when I said mike had told me it had been shipped - he changed his mind and told me it had been damaged in shippingand returned. Hepromisedtocall me back in the hour and hasnt.
Needless to say I am just about to get on the phone to my credit card company. These guys can't be trusted and they need to be put out of business.
