I bought a LivingSocial certificate to a restaurant, which appears to have gone out of business. I have driven there 2 times in the past 6 weeks and it is not open. The last time was a Sat. Night at 7 PM! LivingSocial denies they are closed and tells me the owner says they are open. I have not even been able to get this restaurant to answer its phone so how are they doing that? Living Social is denying reality and refusing to give me my money back. They also do not respond to phone calls and do not get back to you. They seem like a bankrupt company themselves.
