The owners name is Don but I do not know the last name. Refused to fix the repairs on my care even though he was paid for the services

When I first had the car repaired (Don) the manager had said he put in a second motor and that the car was in good working condition because he had repaired it, which I paid for this service on 10/24, so like an idiot, I paid him $1,100 for the repairs, however, on the way home, the car stalled out on me, and would not start and I had a hard time keeping it running. So, I called and let them know the car was not working properly, and that he needed to look at it again and fix it right this time, he told me that I need to bring the car back in the following morning, which was 10/25, and I did, once I got to the shop, he then looked over the car and told me that it needed a new battery, which he said he would not charge for me, but after he put the battery in, he again charged me another $180 because the battery was brand new, so I asked "why do I have to pay for this when you did not fix my car right the first time?" And his reply was, "well, we don't put in parts for free", and I then said "hey, I already paid you for this service and you are responsibile for fixing the car since I have already paid I do not feel that I should pay for anything else on this car, " and then he continued to argue with me. So, I gave him the money and I then told him if I have to bring this car back anymore, you will will fix it for free". So on the same afternoon I was driving back home, and the car cut out me again, this time, I was very upset and called him to inform that this was not fair to me and I needed him to either fix my vehicle the way or I am entitled to a refund, and he said "well, bring it back tommoorw and we see what is wrong", and then I said "well, I do not think the car will make it back out to the shop without cutting out me, and I do not want to ruin anything else or make it worse", he then said to me on the phone "well, I can come pick it tomorrow morning with the tow truck" (10/26), (which would make it the 3rd day that this car had to brought back into his shop for repairs), and I then said "ok, but I am not paying another cent for this car, because I have no more money left". So, on 10/26, I called the owner (which his name is Don), and let him know that if he uses a tow truck I am not paying for these fees because it was his fault that the car was not working, so, his reply was, "well, we have to charge a towing fee", and I was like "UH, I am not paying for it and I will try to bring it out myself", so on the morning of 10/26, I had called my friend (page, to see if she could take me out to the shop to again see what the heck was wrong and make this guy fix the repairs that I paid for), my friend came and her brother drove my car out there because it kept cutting out on me and I did not want to to take a chance on it.

So, we got the the shop around 10:30 A.M., and I talked to this guy who was the son of the owner (which is Don), and I told him, "I do not understand why my car is not fixed and I need to have a refund, or my car needs to be fixed for free because you did not fix it right the first time, and I spent too much money for it already, so I need to have it fixed", and his reply was " well, I fixed it and I am not responsibile for anything else and you paid for was the motor to be put in, and nothing else", so my friend Page came over and said to him, "so she basically paid just for the motor and then since the car is not fixed she paid money for nothing, because the motor you guys put in must be junk, as the car still does not work right, so she paid all this money for nothing", and then he got upset and said "well, we don't put it a new motor for nothing right?" and the Page said, "it does not sound like you fixed this car at all", and then I started talking to the guy and I said to him, " I have paid $1,100 to get this car fixed and you did not do your job and now my car still does not run the way it is supposed to and you are not fair to me, and this is a ripoff ", and he said "no, I put in the motor and I can not help it if anything else goes wrong with it, I am not responsibile for fixing anything else on the car, and I can put something else on it, if I need to, but I am not responsibile for anything else that goes wrong because the car set out here in my lot for four months", and I said "yes, it did, however, when I paid you for this service, it was your respnsibility as a mechanic to fix it the right way, and you are totally not fair to me, and I am not paying you nothing to check and see what else is wrong with it, as you were paid so much money and did not fix it, so you need to see why it is not starting and why it is cutting out on me", and then he paused for a few minutes and said " here's what I can do for you, if the car has sonmthing wrong with it, I can call you back and tell you what else needs to be done, but I am not resposnibile for whaever esle is wrong with it", and that is what upset me.

So, I left the car for a couple of hours because he told me to come back at 2:30 pm, the car would be fixed, well, my friend Page was not able to come at that time frame, so she took me out to pick up the car at 4:15 P.M., and we arrived at the shop at 4:35P.M. And I went into the office and spoke with Don and I asked " does the car work and does it run now"? And he said to me, "well, there was a misfire because of the of a loose spark plug and I tightenedit up, and the key is in the car". So, I go out to start the car, and to make sure it actually ran properly, and of course when I start the egine up, the egine light came on, and I asked him why the light was still on, and he said, " there is nothing wrong with the car, I fixed it all it needed was the spark plug to be tighened and it rauns good now, I also took it for a test drive, to make sure it would not cut on you again". I am not satisfied with the services at this establshment, he is very unfair to his customers and this is a total ripoff, and I totally deserve my money back, as he did not fix the car, it still had the egine light come on and still continued to cut on me even after the services were paid for, this is not fair and I want something done about this type of dishonesty, no one should have to spend their hard earned money to be then be taken advantage of just because thses guys think they can get away with this stuff, it is not fair he did rip me off and took the money without properly fixing my car, and I think it is important that his customers know exactly how he and his buddies do business!
