Baja insurance company is denying my auto claim against them sending a false report to Texas Department of Insurance stating that they have not heard from their insured. Which in Texas if the at fault insured does not respond to their insurance carriers documents or calls the victims claims can be denied. I have a signed and sworn statement from the insured stating and verifying that he has responded and I was the witness to the phone call in person.
Furthermore the adjuster on this claim lied to me over the phone and when I caught him in the lie he got so enraged to the point he disconnected the call. Baja insurance specializes in high risk policies advertising that you do not have to have license or id to get auto insurance. And when their insured's get into accidents they find ways to deny the claims on false permises... I have documents on file to show how this company is lying. My concern is that this is not a remote situation but one that is taking place on a far more wider scale by this company that I am not going to stop until they are exposed...
