This is to report Robert ROCHE of Toronto and Zoran RADISIC of North York, Ontario, Canada.
The two individuals are on the market for acquisition of transportation companies. They have no idea how to run transportation business; their aim is to get money by squeezing a company and then abandon it not following payment obligations.
Robert Roche came to me when I wanted to sell my trucking company ALTERNA LOGISTICS INC in April. I was offered $5,000 extra for the company shares if we worked out a deferred payments plan. Robert Roche worked out an Agreement and Promissory Notes to back up the post-dated checks given.
He was not a buyer himself though. To avoid personal responsibility Robert Roche used Ontario registered corporation #2251117 ONTARIO INC doing business as ARTISTIC GRAPHICS & MEDIA and its director Zoran Radisic signed all the papers. After the Agreement was signed and three post-dated checks were given, I was told to pay $14,139.36 to cover expenses related to the time when I owned the company. The amount was to cover upcoming truck leasing and insurance payments. Only after I gave the money as per the Agreement, the first $5,000 check given to as a down payment was cleared through their
account, - and this was everything what I've actually got.
The checks given to me were EITHER STOPPED OR RETURNED DISHONOURED DUE TO Non-Sufficient-Funds, the company was abandoned; Leasing and Insurance Companies did not get their invoices paid and transportation permits closed due to non-reporting.
The trucks remained at the Leasing Company yard after were moved there on the Closing date. Robert Roche and Zoran Radisic did not change the company address and all the correspondence was coming to the previous one.
They did not register with Canada Revenue Agency either even they supposed to do this by CRA requirements and avoid to do so.
Ive lost about $30,000 as a result of doing business with Robert Roche and Zoran Radisic not mentioning my company was stolen and ruined and I wasted a lot of my time trying to get in touch with the individuals, - they usually do not respond emails and return calls simply ignoring.
The Leasing company and Insurance firm are after them to get their invoices paid; the claims are forwarded to collection agencies.
The company 2251117 ONTARIO INC doing business as ARTISTIC GRAPHICS & MEDIA used for the take-over is a small firm printing business-cards and based in industrial unit #24 at 325 Nantucket Blvd in Toronto, M1P 4V5. I have never seen any employees there beside Zoran Radisic sitting in a tiny room full of carton paper boxes in front of his laptop and an old desktop computer. Their website www.agmcn.com states they are involved in Commodity Import-Export being an International Trading Group and have a sister company AGM Commodities. Marketing & Sales office is proclaimed to be in Toronto Downtown at 1055 Bay Street, Suite 1608. It is not an office building in downtown Toronto, - it is a condominium where one of the individuals resides. You can see the building on Google maps.
After taking over ALTERNA LOGISTICS Robert Roche continued searching the market for another transportation companies willing to get an investor or a buyer. Robert Roche positions himself as an owner of a transportation company they fraudulently took over. He drives silver Volkswagen Jetta.
There is a popular scheme in transportation business when a company gets acquired and all the Accounts Receivable are being sold to a factoring company for 80-90% of their face value. It can be done in 7-10 days. Then the new owner declares his plans to develop the company failed and he does not have money to cover expenses. The new owner, a company which bought the shares, is usually with no or obsolete assets with no value.
Rober Roche and Zoran Radisic WERE REPORTED TO POLICE for the fraudulent activity. ALTERNA LOGISTICS was stolen and ruined; the checks given stopped and the new owners are using the company for their purposes not going to pay for it and close it soon.
There was nothing on the Internet about Robert ROCHE and Zoran RADISIC when I met them in April. This is to warn everyone how they do business.
