I sent you an emil to cancel my services on sept. 13. I had changed to dsl. Your rep. Called me friday and said they did not get an email. Ther was a guy named michael/1248 that called today, again i was told you never got an email. I have read alot of discreptions on your company. You need to cancel my acct. Today 9/24. There is no money in my bank acct, and none will be put in. I have notified my bank that no electronic withdrawl from localnet is to be taken out. I do not owe you $33.?? I had your services for 3dys. Do not call my home anymore, if you do i'll get you for harrassment. Just cancel your services. Email [email protected]
