This week my passenger headlight on my chevy cobalt went out and i brought it in to the Discount Tire Centers in Visalia, Ca. They replaced the bulb and sent me on my way. That night the bulb went out. The following day i returned to the store and was literally laughed at by the employee at the front desk and told if it isnt working then i need to take it to a specialist
electrician.
Taking their advice i took my cobalt to the local chevy dealer. They charged me $95 for diagnosis and another $30 for a new bulb. On the recepit they quoted the bulb replaced by Discount Tire Centers was inoperable. They told me i need to go straight back to the people who put the bulb in and demand a refund, which i did. However, the manager working at 2:30pm on october 5 did not feel that they should reimburse me for what i paid at the chevy dealership, despite him admitting fault for the bulb.
I felt i had no choice left but to go to the internet to try to help others avoid this company and avoid being screwed over.
