I purchased a fuel pump on e-bay august 18th. Receivedit the following week. After installation it worked for a little over two weeks till sept. 10. I notified them at once. They responded sept 11 and said they would send warranty instructions. After receiving them i filled out instructions and returned part through priority mail. I mailed it sept. 17th. I checked on the 21st and they asked for tracking number. I said no tracking sent number priority mail. Three days later, on the 24th they said they were checking for it. On the 25th they sent a e-mail declining my refund. I had not asked for a refund and notified them of that. I then bought another fuel pump and asked for a refund and said i would except a 20% restocking fee. They replied they had sent it to their testing facility and would get back to me. On the 28th they sent me a STRONG message saying refunds are for new items only! On the 25th when i got the decline e-mail i went to PayPal resolutions dept. And filed a claim. On e-bay they advertise a lifetime warranty but then reduce it to 30 days when they send you their warranty papers. I had to pat for the mechanic to install it, then remove it and now ill have to pay to have it installed again. And i had to pay to have my vehicle towed. I have been without my vehicle for almost three weeks and they still have not said there sending the replacement fuel pump even though i have another one coming. I believe their selling practices are deceitful at best and my even be fraudulent! I think this company is a sham! Period. I have purchased things off of e-bay for years and never been treated like this. My only mistake was not closely checking their ratings on e-bay which are around 98% satisfaction! Many complaints.
