This is actually the worst company ever! I make my car funds early each month (often 14 days prior). I'm also on auto pay to have the rate decline. Previously 11 weeks, they've removed double the vehicle cost. It's like pulling teeth to obtain my reimbursement. The client service individuals are so rude and they dont notate the consideration. I've been waiting to hear from the supervisor for over per week now but still no return. They keep telling me that "oh you'll be considered a month ahead in your car cost" i dont care. Im not paying an $800 vehicle payment to allow them to take out another $400 on my next deadline. It's been over per week and still haven't received our $400 back.
