Customer are charged addition fees for re-inspection if the item (s) found to be faulty or in need of replacement according to Certified Auto Solutions, are fixed or replaced outside of the company. For instance, if a vehicle failed the yearly inspection due to a torned wiper and if the customer opted to not use Certified Auto Solutions services or part to replace the torned wiper and is replaced by another company or by the vehicle's owmer, customer are charge with a re-inspection fee. Such policy and practice is not common amongs other companies providing the same if not similar services in the area. This practice is unfair and in way charge customers for unnecessary fee.
