Lamont Douglas is the most unprofessional loan agent I have ever worked with. He does not follow up on anything. He has, during the course of my loan, not processed a payment and harassed me for the money, processed a payment for twice the amount. He then assured me "he" would take care of this matter and I would get the overdraft fees back—
I did not receive compensation for this instead that amount was tacked onto my Total Balance. He is inappropriate over the phone. I requested several times to have my account handled by someone else and was denied each time. Lamont has phoned other people in reference to my account. I am going through a nasty divorce and my husband has had my wages garnished requesting alimony. I informed Lamont of this and he has not offered any sort of assistance to remedy this situation short term.
He leaves messages telling me it would be in my best interest to phone him back late into the evening. I work for a living, unfortunatly he has no right to make calls late into the evening. I feel as though any contact between Arcadia and it's customers should be via US Mail, that way we would have proof of harassment.
