I bought a chevy s10 from this lot. This is my 5th car from them. All cars I purchased while rooster was still alive. This s10 I recently purchased with Keith strictly being in charge and have had prob after prob with this truck.
First let's start with the day I looked at it Keith said it was 6000 due to rebuilt engine and new tires only so he had to get that much out of it. Well I figured wellIf new tires. And newer engine yeah sure let's do it. First day drove off lot and popping sound occurred contacted Keith said bring here to his shop to have looked at. Which I did and they said it was caused by two broken motor mounts. So he said he would eat half the charge and bill me the other halfOnto end of lease agreement. I was ok with that thinking noise was gone. Nope!
Drove home popping noise still there. So took to another shop they said all four shocks were bad. Contacted Keith again and said what we gonna do he said take to my guy and we repair AryansCost to me total was 440... So again in hope that they said that was the prob would be fixed Nope!
Called again said there still popping noise. So still have popping noise and 500 later in debt for a 6000$ truck. Well now the tire has shredded that's right one tire has completely shreds and have putLess than 4000 miles on it. And supposed they are new. Made callaTo Try to get one replacement tire and they haven't even been sold for over a year on the market so another lie...
Have to buy all 4 new tires gonna cost me about another 600$ for tires now... And still have the popping noise. The tires had been confirmed by another chevy dealership that they are all sun rotted meaning sitting somewhere in the sun not oy that they are to largeFor the vehicle they are rubbing on the inside well which will eat them up quick too..
With all the prob and one of the more costly vehicles I have boughten from there. It is safe to say my return business has stopped. And not even sure if I will continue to pay this one off. I would of been better going to a true dealership and buying one for almost 10000 due to by the time I repair all the things I will be spending that much. Ridiculous!!!
I had even tried to contact barbra bush roosters daughter an her attitude is not my prob. So with that being said I do not recommend anyone to ever purchase a vehicleFrom Rooster Bush in Lenoir, Morganton or their used lot bush used cars in Lenoir. If they are going to do this to a long time return customer since 2005 with it being the 5 th car from there. U can only imagine how they will get over on a first time new comer to them. Just hope this helps so no one else is gotten obwr as I have been by Keith and Barbra!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB. And have all documents to back up everything that has been done along with documentation that the tires are to big to be on there and the supposed engine rebuilt. And the ongoing popping issue...
Best of luck to all u car shoppers out there. But stay away from the bushs car lots... They are a Rip-off!!!
