The steedshop.com is a HUGE scam! I wish I would have read all of the complaints before I placed an order! I ordered a die-cast model of a Ford Mustang at the beginning of November. It is now August and I have still not received the item that was ordered.
I have repeatedly e-mailed and got short responses that the item will be shipped shortly. I had completely given up on ever seeing the item and requested a refund. The refund was denied because this is a special order item. According the fine print on their website, special order items basically may never be shipped.
To add insult to injury, nine months after placing the order I actually received a shipping confirmation. I couldn't and shouldn't have believed it. The item still never arrived and there were no responses to my request for a shipping confirmation number.
This place is a scam in the first degree!!
