Placed an order for a gift to be sent to a friend - hat and t-shirt - after non-performance followed up in 45 days... Told one of the items was backordered, but would be in within the week. If order cancelled they'd charge a 15% cancelation fee AND $5 refund processing fee. Waited six months keying in the order tracking to see that nothing had ever been shipped. When inquiring, Sam Haymart had the audacity to give me the same response - the long backordered item is expected in any day. This operation has SCAM written all over it.
