Herman Cook has consistently provided poor service. Took the care in for a parking brake warning light. It will now be in for the fourth day and (1) repair not done (2) calls are not answered until after multiple calls (3) updates are not provided leaving uncertainty on when and if to arrange for alternate transportation (4) We are now into the repair for $600 and told maybe its an electronic module that will be another $800 to replace. This all arises out of a parking brake warning light issue.
