Liberty subarau, emerson, serving oradel, final contracts are meaningless

Liberty subarau dealership in oradel/emerson

Did you ever think in a million years that after you sign a CONTRACT for a car, and the management signs the contract approving the deal, you pay for the car upfront instead of financing, and pickup your plates and drive off, that a couple of days later somebody from the dealership leaves a message on your cell phone claiming... He "made a mistake, that he didn't ask enough for the car, and gave you too much for your trade in and now you better give him about $5000 more or he'll send "a flatbed truck to come and pickup your newly purchased vehicle?!"

Well, believe it! When you sign one of their contracts, they tell you you must sign an arbitration clause (the boxed section right before the final signature section) which signs away any or all of your consumer rights. Thats' right. They select an arbitrator who is supposed to be neutral but after allowing 5 salesmen, 4 of which were not even involved) to leave the preceedings at the same time to attempt to get their stories straight) and pledge to the oath of the truth, they blatantly contradict each other and then the arbitrator rules in favor of the dealership who's one salesmen apparently "made a mistake" in the final pricing agreement and "should have asked for more." Did you ever hear anything like this in your life?!

The salesman didn't ask for "enough" for a preowned car (w/o a sticker), and "allowed too much for a trade in" and it is THE CONSUMER who must pay for it. Well I don't know who the CEO of SUBARU is but if he/she is privy to this circumstance, this is herendous for their reputation. If dealers can now turn around and suddenly realize they could've made a better deal days, weeks, or 9 months later and then demand more money after a deal is signed sealed and delivered under this ridiculous arbitration clause, any consumer who shops for a car is in serious trouble.
