Fidelity Warranty Company
Ripoff worst service possible

I have a 2002 Z28. A few weeks ago the "Service Engine Soon" light turned on and my power window motor burnt. The day of the appointment the light wasn't on. I left it in the shop so they could look at it anyway. The next day they had fixed the window but they said that nothing was wrong with the engine, that they had moved the cables around and it seemed to have worked. So I payed $100 deductible and left.

Two days later the light turned on again and the car started making weird sounds, and even though I had already gone to the shop for this same exact problem they wanted me to pay another $100 deductible. It is not $100 deductible per thing that gets fixed! I had no choice but to pay, because I didn't know the seriousness of the problem.

The part wouldn't come in until Friday afternoon, so I wouldn't get my car back until next Monday. They said that it wasn't their problem the part was be late, they would only pay for 1 day of rental because that was how long it took to get fixed.

The worst thing is that when I asked to speak to customer service or complaints department, he said there was none. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! He said it wasn't their fault that I didn't read the contract. "The contact doesn't change because you FEEL it should change.", he said. It was the most disrespectful experience that I have had as a customer. That has to be the worst business I have dealt with. But now that I read all these reports I realize I am not the only one. I hope that this letter gets to their non-existent customer service department and that no one ever does business with them again. From my part I will write mass letters to all the dealerships in my area and their headquarters letting them know about this outrage and that they don't want to do business with them.
