On 5/29 I brought my car in due to week battery & noises in front end. They replaced battery & front wheel bearings (lights, oil) total of $712.14 (Invoice 6293). On 8/16 I returned due to front noise came back. They replaced my front struts for $645 Invoice 7325)... When i went to pick up my car i noticed a small dent in my rear bumper. Mgr said i would need to talk to owner Lincon. The next day we spoke and he said he had gone over the report and to bring the car over so we could resolve issue. I brought my car over, showed him the dent and his immediate replay was we could not have done this. I got angry and told him he could have said that over the phone... He replied he was going to do "NOTHING!!!"
