I had to take my car in for rotating and balancing three times. Since I had already paid for lifetime service, I felt compelled to take my car there. I called in advance to ensure my car could be fixed. When I was assured they could do, I dropped my car off.
When I came to pick up my car SIX hours later, nothing had been done. This happed to me THREE times before I finally received service. I had to inconvenience co-workers and was late for work twice.
Two of the three times, they were pulling my car in the bay as I came to pick it up. I have a 45-minute commute to daycare and could not wait while they serviced the car.
When I confronted the manager, he tried to make it my fault that they were incompetent. I will never take my car there again.
