Faulty transmissions & uneducated service technicians without a clue Ripoff

I purchased a '01 Hyundai Sonata in May '03 with very little mileage and was very pleased with the customer service given to me until around October or November of '03. The vehicle would jerk several times while driving when it was shifting gears (automatic). Whenever I would try to pick up speed no matter how hard my foot was on the gas it would not go any faster till about 3 to 5 minutes later. Other times I would be driving at a steady pace & it would jerk suddenly & slow down or try to cut itself out.

To test the problem, myself, on a trip with my family to Arkansas, I drove for long periods of time on the highway using cruise control & found it doing the problem even more frequently. I took it to the dealer a few times & was told that there wasn't anything wrong. The last time I took it to the dealer they told me they couldn't find anything wrong, but kept my vehicle overnight & put a new part on it. Never stating why they put a new part on it or what the part was for.

Later, the problem was still persistent, assuming it was a transmission problem, I took it to AutoTire & had my transmission serviced & had the fluid flushed. The problem died down for a very brief amount of time. Then later, while waiting at a stoplight the car shook violently and stopped running. I started the car back up & it was fine (for then).

Later, it continued to act the same way, but would only act like it was going to stop running. Upset I took it to back to the dealer & after their observation they responded by saying I needed my transmission service. Confused, I called AutoTire complaining about what my dealer said & they agreed to recheck what they serviced on my car including a repeat transmission flush.in shock we both noticed that what was serviced on my car was done correctly & the fluid was pink (the correct color of the fluid). Frustrated, I apologized to AutoTire & left the problem alone.

Looking for help elsewhere, CarX suggested to me Allen Transmission. Allen Transmission has taken my car out for tests drive a couple of times & cannot point out the problem. I seriously doubt they even noticed the problem.

I've had several friends of the family & other family members tell me the problem is within the transmission, but each time I go have it checked out it doesn't show. Since I'm under warranty, I'm waiting for the car to completely stop running, I'll get it towed to my dealership, & let them tell me again there's nothing wrong with it.
