Customer service customer service guy acted like a clown and did not want to hear nothing

I called lease trader 800-770-0207 press 0... A male picked up told them that how come you have no contact information he acted like a clown and said you called to complain or to do business... When I looked further they have several complaints of hidden fees, and once u sign contract they hide behind the phone!!! What a shame!!
