I am complaining about the NTB / Tire Kingdom "May Pay Days" promotion that ended on May 28.in their advertising and rebate form, it states that the consumer will receive a $100 gift card as a rebate with purchase of (4) qualifying tires. When I submitted my documentation requesting the rebate, I was denied because "the SKU number of the tires I purchased does not qualify". I retained a copy of the rebate documentation that I submitted which clearly lists the manufacturer/model of the purchased tire as a qualifying. I have reviewed several times over and nowhere on the documentation does it state that only limited sizes/SKUs of the listed tires qualify. I have attempted to follow-up several times over with the company and all they have said is that they have reviewed my request and that they are not providing the rebate. Needless to say, I would like the company to know that consumers do not appreciate deceptive advertising and that they will have lost a customer for life if this is the policy they choose to follow.
