Sponsored whips aka sponsored shits is fake and a scam... Do not get lured into their scam! They are a fraud company that takes peoples money and Im stating this statement because Im a victim. Do not give them any money. They won't give you back your money if you're not happy. They say they have a 30-day refund policy but they dont follow through on their statement. They will tell you they sent the refund in the mail but they actually didn't. They are a scam and I having an attorney involved as well as the BBB. I have submitted a letter for a refund on April 19th and yet still no refund.
I submitted a refund letter on April 19th for a refund. Called numerous times to find out where is my refund check. I also emailed the letter to them so they cant say they never received it by mail. Mitch said (with an attitude) accounting mailed out the check (of course he couldn't tell me an exact date) that I should be receiving the check in the mail within a few business day. A few weeks went by and I havent received it as yet. I sent another letter on May 3rd for my refund. They have my correct address from my cancellation letter I sent to them. He said the check may have gotten lost in the mail so I requested to put a stop payment and reissue another check. Little to know the first one supposedly got lost in the mail via USPS so they stupid sent another one by regular mail instead of fex-ex or certified mail. at 302.543.5198 or 877.469.9447 Ext 05198 that doesn't return phone calls and poor customer service. At times when you do call he will say he is on the other line and will call me back but he doesnt call back. He gives me a # for a Troy in accounting that is his manager. I left 5-6 voice-mails and not 1 call back and he supposed to be a "manager". We advised him that if we dont receive our refund back we will get an attorney involved and he said we welcome attorney phone calls that everything is in the contract. Yes its in the agreement but they don't follow through on there part.
P.S. Paula dont put that b.S. That your facebook page has 20,000 likes because that doesnt mean shit! My proof is your company didnt return my refund therefore your company is fraud! Prove my statement wrong and return my refund!
