I ordered brand new headlights from headlight depot, they came within the slotted time, at first glance they looked good, although not black as I stated/wanted. The rubber on the top of the headlight was loose, coming off, not even glued as you think it should be. I had the headlights installed, and after a light rain I noticed condensation in one of the lenses. After closer inspection I noticed pooled water in both headlights. Brand new headlights totally ruined. I tried to dry them out, but now there are streaks everywhere inside the front driver side headlight. I paid 80 $ for a piece of junk. So upset now. I sent them a letter stating I wanted to return the headlights, at least for a new set. I wake up today, on a day that they do not have business hours, and notice I have a response which states that they closed my account. What the hell does this mean? I called them up and see that they are not in today, yet they could respond to my email. They will be calling me tomorrow if all goes well, and send me replacement headlights. What bs. I'm not too far into the process for me to see what other people have seen. All I know is that I better be compensated.
