Charged for work that didn't get done

I brought my 2005 acura tl into the dealership to replace the headlight bulbs in my car and to also have the headlights aligned as it clearly states on the service receipt. When I got home I noticed that they didn't align the headlights. I called the dealership that night and they told me to bring in the car the next morning at 8:00 and they would do it then. When I got there, they told me that at first they can't be adjusted because they lock into the place which isn't true. Under the hood they're two screws that adjusts the headlights which tells me that I know more about the car than the mechanic does and I'm not a mechanic. Anyways, they told me that I didn't pay to have the headlights adjusted and if I wanted to have them adjusted, I would have to pay for it even though on the service receipt, it says to align headlights and that's was included in the estimate. I'm getting nowhere with the management there. They are very disrespectful people there that don't seem to care about there customers. I will never bring my car back to them. I'll drive the extra 40 miles to bring my car to another acura dealership. Bottom lime is they charged me for service that they didn't perform and refused to perform unless I would pay more money for them to do it. They're the biggest crooks out there. There are so many complaints on them ranging from service to customer courtesy. Do not buy anything from them.
