Be aware of the Jiffy Lube located at 291 and Gudgell. I had my oil changed and they said I needed a new headlight. I told them I would buy it myself and have a friend install it for me. Since I am a female who doesn't know much about cars, I called my friend and he helped me buy/install the headlight. As we went to install it, we noticed my headlight wasn't burnt out, it was just disconnected. I assumed this was just an oversight and I returned the headlight I bought.
The next time I went to have my oil changed, another mechanic (different from the first guy) told me the same thing. What's funny is that I knew my headlight was working when I dropped off my car so I told him not to replace it and that I would take care of it. After I got home, I popped the hood and sure enough, they disconnected my headlight again. I filed a complaint with their headquarters but it has yet to be resolved. I am telling my story so that other customers who believe their mechanics don't get tricked in to buying something they do NOT need.
