Federated Insurance ripoff not taking responsibility car in shop for three weeks waiting for approvel Rancho Cordova california

Went to gas station in healdsburg california august 5 driver who delivers the gas made big mistake put diesel into unleaded gas tank many cars broke down on 101 freeway. Waiting for three weeks car in shop.insurance company does not want to take responsibility not returning phone calls from my insurance company or vw dealership please help me in any way possible will be very grateful, please post your suggestions below.
