Last night my sister arrived home around 2:05am around 2:15am we found out her car was missing. She called the apartments towing company which is Black Bull Towing and was told they did not have her vehicle my sister then called the Irving police department and was told by the non emergancy operator that the tow company did have her car and the report says she was towed for being parked crooked. My sister then called the tow company back and all of the sudden they now have the car. When my sister asked them why they towed the car they stated that she did not have her parking permit sticker in the window. Yet that's not what the tow company reported to irving pd. My sister deffinately had a sticker in her window as do I. We had to drive 35 mins away to get her car back. They charge way much more than any other tow company I know. When we arrived and were able to see her car we discovered she had left her doors unlocked and when looking at the window you can see exactly where her window sticker was and smeared finger prints from whoever removed the sticker. We are now checking with 7-11 because right before she came home she stoped at the gas station across the street and they may have video footage of her car parked out front with the sticker in the window. This place is committing fraud, they are a huge ripoff, and preying on innocent people.
My sister is only 19 with a baby and very responsible she had to miss work because of this mess. And had to pull alot of money out of pocket just to get her car back. I also believe the apartments management is in on the scam because when she reported and complained to them they told her well her vehicle wasnt registered on their list... Ok then why were we both given stickers and i have a sticker in my window now but they don't have my car registered either but both vehicles are mentioned in the lease??? Doesn't make any sense if you ask me.
