VLG Transporatation sent me a confirmation that my vechicle would be picked up on a certain date. When the day arrived I waited most of the day for some sort of information. I had to call them then waited another two hours before I had to contact them back again. Once I got in touch with them they stayed there subcontractor mover has decided not to get my car due to it wasn't worth his effort to just pick up one. So they said they could do nothing about the contractor. (Really) So I waited till about 8pm and called them back and they had nothing to report except the same BS. The next morning I waited till 10 Am on a saturday for an email, phone call something. But nothing came I tried contacting them 3 differant times through email, and phone messages. Now it's almost 3 pm another day wasted. Unfortunetly due to the nature of this transport I had paid them in full upfront. (Dumb for me to do this and now it will cost me) Do not use this company.
