Billed Full Price despite the fact that I'd TollTag at that time of purchases

I'd a TollTag account at that time of costs. I get a ZipCash bill to get a vastly inflated statement. NTTA declined to lessen my statement towards the reduced price despite the fact that I'd a TollTag account at that time of the Dealings! THIS CAN BE A FRAUD. Somebody must get control of the Business due to their dishonest business methods!!!
