On June 1 after making some prior partial payments to come up with a $700 down payment I was able to drive home in a used car from this company. Customer 1 Auto claims to have a great reputation as a buy here pay here company. So does Pursing, American Parkway, and Easton Auto Exchange. Anyone can rate themselves but it all comes down to results.
So in two days I have discovered with others witnessing this that the head gasket needs replaced and oil leaks out the cover.in addition the oil that leaks burns heavily and cause a burning rubber smell. All with in a short 10 -15 minute drive in city only. I tell the shop what is going on and tell them the car won't make it 29 miles one way. There answer is drive it any way shouldn't be a problem.
The alignment is out already too. Like they had a way to bolt it all till I get far enough away and then its my problem. I know there in the same league as the other mentioned companies. Bolt it, glue it, disconnect the battery and reset tactics. The cars price tag is $3495 with 94800 miles currently and don't forget interest and bi weekly payments.
