Elephant insurance does not honor their claims. Their client hit my car and admitted fault. Elephant acknowledge fault and liability. Their client failed to provide some information so they decided to deny the claim. Their customer service is very poor. They are not trying to reconcile the missing information with their client. They are using this to get out of a claim. Beware! This company is a scam!
