Purchased car loan did not go through company holding my deposit and gap insurance. Down payment

Do not purchase a car from rock solid... This company is a total rip off I purchase a car 5/4 and they repo my car 5/14. Contacted company spoke with steve he advised me that my loan did not go through because they need additional info brought document to office steve did not want to accept paperwork or speak with me in person I have been getting the run around for last couple of days regarding my down payment and gap insurance this company treats there customer like sh*t and is very unprofessional. I will be filing a law suite and filling a claim with better business bureal...
