Does not honor warranty and points the finger elsewhere

I purchased a set of 4 tires for my AWD SUV in late 2009 from Sears in Cheyenne, WY. About a month later one was damaged and had to be replaced. I bought the extra REPLACEMENT warranty but was told i still had to buy the new tire. After some fussing I was needing my truck so i paid the FULL PRICE of the new tire. Later I found out that the one they replaced it with was not the same tire i had before. After some talking they put on the new version of what i had. After this was resolved I thought everything was fine.

Its now early may and have been fighting with this REPLACEMENT warranty that I bought again. This time in Omaha. NE were I have lived since the beginning of the year. The tires have more than half of their life left on them and are separating. I have had 2 tire professionals tell me the same thing. Going back to early April I had my tires checked at Sears. The kid there told me they looked fine but would recommend them be rotated soon. I said we might as well do it now. I gave him my keys and information and he said there was a charge. I told him the store i bought them from never charged me for rotating them and that it was part of the warranty. He said that wasn't true, yet the other store always did it for free. I was not doing the same mistake twice, so I took my truck to Sam's club and bought a 40 plan that would rotate my tires for the life of the tires. Problem solved... So I thought. The technician there told me that my tires needed to be replaced. That to of them were old and not wearing properly. So again I contact Sears and have a bunch of smoke blown up my @$. I am pretty intelligent and was not going to buy it. I called the store. The store manager was not available. (Never is) I got a call later from a guy named Ron that said he was the auto center manager. (He is also never there) We came to the agreement that he would look at the tires the following Friday. (I was servicing my vehicle to leave on a road trip and would now have to use another vehicle to travel) The following week I take my truck in and he is not there. Again lied to by Sears automotive shops.

A couple weeks pass by and I get my brakes done. From this trip the techs tel me there that again everything looks good but that my tires are not good. The manager takes me back and shows me. I look at them and they are getting much worse. (I have only driven the truck to and from work at this point, adding maybe another 200 to 300 miles on the truck). So I try round 2 with Sears. Again I go to the store, call the corporation. Same run around. They say they are not replacing the tires. I have asked to speak with other managers and am told they can not give that information. So now I am left with a vehicle that I can not take on the interstate for the tires in their condition are not safe unless I go buy another set of tires. Obviously not from Sears.
