Auto repair fraud lying dishonest misleding advice

The timing belt broke in my car... I took to that honda dealer (i thougt that dealer would give the right expertise and advice)...

They said " Sir. You have a broken timng belt. And it needs to be changed.in 99% of the cases nothing would happen to the engine and in 1% it would cause damage to the engine..."

Any wise man you would go for a 99% success... So i told him to go ahead and replace it...

Two days later he called me and said... Sir you have a bad engine and it would cost you $3700 to put a new engine PLUS the $700 to replace the timing belt on the bad engine...

And the car iteself worth $4000...!!!

I researched about the issue, i asked a lot of mechanics including 5 other honda dealers... And they said that the chance of timing belt causing damage to the engine for my car model is 80%...

HOW COME THE HONDA DEALER (Supposedly expert) doesn't know that information...

I tried to escalate the issue to that DEALRSHIO Manager... But he resfused to work with me and they wanted thier $700...

I could have saved my self the $700 if i was givin the right advice by those devils advocates... Money worshipers... Stealrship...
